if that happpens thats called stupid driving. I understan that it cant always be prevented as my mom did it cuz a river over flowed, but a person justhas to know their limits. if you see a lot of moving water goin across a road, you might not want to go through it. Hell even with a bypass valve the possibility of hydrolocking your car is still there.
