I went by the dealership to pick up my bed divider and to-day and looked at the Frontiers on the lot. They all had plain metal metal valve caps.
I asked the service writer and she said that the Frontiers do not come with the indicator caps that I have. She also
said that the low pressure tire monitoring system will acti-
vate if one tire goes low or if all four go low.
My truck was a dealer transfer and the transfering dealer added the indicator valve caps. A nice feature in that it will let me know which tire is low if the system is triggered.
My dealer adds the wheel locks on their trucks, which they did not do on my truck. I don't like them anyway as they
are a hassle to use. I also worried about the key stripping
out with the torque they use on lug nuts these days.

I guess it works with the little indicator caps since the base is metal? I don't know. Haven't had a low tire yet. Thanks for the info.
