I just ran out to my car and popped the hood and sure enough, the plug wire was sticking up about 1/4". I pulled it and the faulty sleeve was still in place. Weird. I replaced it and it was a P.I.T.A to get back in.

I also noticed some kind of fluid that is forming on the valve cover around the offending plug. Have you noticed anything like that?

I havent noticed any drop in gas mileage though. I'm pretty leadfooted and still get 300miles to a tank in the city and 400+ hwy.
