my point its, thousands of people have CAI's and i bet less then 1% are stupid enough to drive through 3' of stagnent water. Its called smart driving. Your intake is really not that close to the ground and considering you have to submerge the filter, its extremely unlikley to happen. If if its really that deep and you drive through it.. its not only gonna get i the intake, the water will get other places.
