If the vehicle was left outside any length of time, it could have froze and the garage might not be warm enough to melt it.
Have you been using undiluted washer fluid?
1. Verify fluid has not leaked out.
2. Pull the wire to the washer pump and measure voltage to it with a Volt Meter.
3. No voltage & you checked the fuse, then it is more likely the switch.
I filled it up the other day and it was almost full and not frozen.
I will have to check the voltage to it.
Is the fuse for it combined with something else? I didn't find any fuse for it except for the actual wipers which was good.
