If it's blowing the fuse, there's a short in the lamp's circuit. Could be in one of the lamps in that circuit or in the wiring. I would recommend you get a wiring diagram to see everything on that circuit. You could try disconnecting the lamps one at a time until the fuse stops blowing. If you disconnect all the lamps and it still blows, there's a short circuit in the wiring.
