I've checked all the fuses, battery, and connections but the engine won't crank.
Any thoughts?

There's a small wire that connects to the starter solenoid through a harness connector. Unplug the connector and measure for 12v on the wire by turning the ignition switch to the start position. If you don't see 12v, then here are several possibilities:
- Bad ignition switch
- Bad starter relay.
- Bad PNP switch (applies only if the vehicle uses an automatic transmission)

If the above test is good and shows 12v, then here are several possibilities:
- Bad starter solenoid
- Bad cable connection from battery to solenoid
- cable connections on battery are heavily oxidized
- battery not fully charged, static charge should be 12.8 v
- bad starter (tap side of starter with small hammer while trying to start engine)
