Hi, I have a 1.6 sentra 1999 GXE LTD that I purchased last week and I'm unable to get the windshield washer to work. I've done the search and read that you are suppose to hear the pump turn on when you turn the key on...I can't hear mine. I've also looked in the owners manual and checked the fuse boxes and I haven't found any fuse slot for it. Does this use a fuse? If so, where is it located? I've ordered a Haynes Manual but it won't be here for awhile. Any information would sure be appreciated. Thank you, Jody

I suggest you download the FSM for the 96 sentra thats a sticky at the top of the forum.
this says it fuse 19 thats a 20A. Page EL 115
the pump you hear when turning on the ign is the fuel pump.
Have you added fluid, checked the nozzles are not blocked, disconnect the pipe to a nozzle and see if it squirts fluid.

BTW the wipers also go through fuse 19, so if the wipers work its not the fuse !!!

Good Luck.
